What we collect

PlaneFit is a read-only research site. There are no user accounts, no forms and no newsletter. We do not set tracking cookies and we do not run advertising or third-party analytics scripts at this time. The data processed is limited to:

  • Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes technical request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. We access this data only in aggregate or for security purposes, and it is retained only for the short period required for those purposes. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating and securing the service (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Email correspondence. If you email us, we process your address and the content of your message in order to reply. Legal basis: taking steps at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the request.

Outbound links

Aircraft pages link out to third-party marketplaces and resources. These links carry source parameters (UTM) that tell the destination the visit came from PlaneFit; they contain no personal data. Once you leave PlaneFit, the destination site's own privacy policy applies.

International transfers

Vercel Inc. is a US company and may process technical request data outside the EEA. Transfers are covered by the safeguards Vercel provides under its data processing agreement, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability, by writing to support@selv-a.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Changes to this policy

If we introduce features that change how data is handled — for example analytics or advertising — we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent before any such processing starts. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
